2019 Ram Laramie purchase Was working with a competitor. I was about ready to close the deal, but, had told Jared I would give JS a chance. I called him. Jared stated even though his MSRP was higher on a similar model, JS would beat the price, but, it was important to him that I also liked the truck, because the price doesn’t mean as much if you’re not happy with what you’re buying. He made a good point, so, I decided to drive down and take a test drive. Jared was not available, but, had prearranged for Dwight to help me. I really liked the truck. The only competitive price I provided was MSRP. JS did in fact and without hesitation beat the competition. More

This red Stinger is equil to my old Plymouth GTX 440, if not faster! Wow, what a machine, my wife went crazy over her new car and we have been riding in it every day since I brought it home! Now, just a little bit about the sales event, everyone was fantastic, great team, and the managers were great guys! Daryl Foster, thanks for letting me try this fantastic car out, it took a fantastic machine to allow me to trade in our 2014 Kia Cadenza, which was the absolute best vehicle we ever owned!! Now, I have found another car I love more, didn't think that could happen!! I'm from the old school days of real muscle cars, this stinger is one of those cars! More
No help I have searched for over a year for the perfect Jeep. I finally found a 2018 Wrangler Sahara. The sale went great. However, I had it for two days and I have searched for over a year for the perfect Jeep. I finally found a 2018 Wrangler Sahara. The sale went great. However, I had it for two days and filled up the gas tank for the first time. I quickly found out it had a gas leak so it was towed back to a local dealership. Jeep does not have the part available. I have been told it is on backorder until the end of May 2018. I purchased the vehicle February 19th, 2018 and it was towed two days later. I am getting the run around that it is a new vehicle so not all parts are on hand. No one will answer questions. I just keep being told that they are trying to fast track it. Therefore, be careful when you purchase. Jeff Smith won’t help because I drove it to the next state. Jeeps have a good name but this makes me exceptionally worried, angry, and frustrated. Customer service doesn’t even apologize. I am just basically being told to deal with it. More

Traveling threw when my truck threw a Def light, stopped in and James Manard took care of us .He exsplained what was happening and we found out there was a recall he when my truck threw a Def light, stopped in and James Manard took care of us .He exsplained what was happening and we found out there was a recall he fixed it no cost to us. And I had been riding around with a light reading water in fuel. He also changed my filters .I was exspecting to be there all day but he got right on it . Service Staff and Manger are not professional Taken advantage after waiting a week for car to be fixed with extended warranty that was not honored due to dealership error of inputting information Taken advantage after waiting a week for car to be fixed with extended warranty that was not honored due to dealership error of inputting information with the external warranty company. The service staff/ representative told me several lies throughout the week when asked about repairs or update with status of vehicle with warranty of parts. When I arrived the Service representative was hiding under the service table claiming she was on the phone with the warranty company. This turned out to be false according to the warranty company phone call logs; not to mention this was unprofessional conduct for a staff member to be hiding under a work station. I asked several times to speak to financial staff in charge of paperwork for warranty and was given the run around as he is unavailable per the service representative. The service manager did not help resolved the matter. When I tried to resolve the matter by paying the cost of getting vehicle that was undriveable due to the lack of repairs those cost changed from one minute to the next the more I questioned the repairs/ diagnostic reports when clearly no work was done to vehicle over the past week. A tech actually was the one to help resolved the issue; after I witness the repairs being done I paid cost out of pocket and decided to handle leg work with warranty company on my own for possible reimbursement. This dealership will not receive my services or recommendation in the future. More
