Got treated like a criminal instead of customer. I give this rating because I bought a 2018 Jeep Renegade Nov17 took to get services on Nov 28 today is Dec 15 still don't have my vehicle back. They won't help me because the replacement vehicle window got crack by a rock on Dec 5. So on Dec 6 Julia called the police said I stole the car and had it towed from my house. Because I listen to Melony at Precision Collision where she told me to take the truck for repairs. Melony told me to wait on my insurance company Geico then bring the vehicle to get repaired. Melony also told Julia she told me that and she still called the police and towed the vehicle. Did a windshield claim and my agent been calling but they won't give her a total for the repairs because the windshield is on a back order and they don't know the total but they still want give me my car back which is brand new under warranty. If Mr Jeff Smith can please contact me I need my car or out this contract preferably out the contract. More

Management I went Saturday evening to look at a jeep they had. I young salesman is who helped me. He knew nothing about the car.... I asked how long the car had been on the lot, he didn't know. I asked if it was a one owner vehicle, he didn't know. I asked what the dealership fee was, he didn't know. They closed at 8 and it was about 755 when we went inside to talk numbers. The finance guy came over the intercom and said "I'd like to leave sometime soon guys." How rude can you be. I had just had my credit ran at other dealership and went to robins credit union so I knew my score and wanted them to run a "scenario" based on that credit. I also wouldn't be paying GA sales tax (which is 7%) on the vehicle because the vehicle would be registered in NC (which is 3%). They never once tried to figure numbers for me or show me anything on paper. They wanted me out the door, and sure enough I did. I was soooooo disappointed in the service I received on Saturday. I've always heard "never buy from 5 star" but I'm saying I will never buy Jeff Smith. More

Jared stated even though his MSRP was higher on a similar model, JS would beat the price, but, it was important to him that I also liked the truck, because the price doesn’t mean as much if you’re not happy with what you’re buying. He made a good point, so, I decided to drive down and take a test drive. Jared was not available, but, had prearranged for Dwight to help me. I really liked the truck. The only competitive price I provided was MSRP. JS did in fact and without hesitation beat the competition. More

Now, just a little bit about the sales event, everyone was fantastic, great team, and the managers were great guys! Daryl Foster, thanks for letting me try this fantastic car out, it took a fantastic machine to allow me to trade in our 2014 Kia Cadenza, which was the absolute best vehicle we ever owned!! No help I have searched for over a year for the perfect Jeep. I finally found a 2018 Wrangler Sahara. The sale went great. However, I had it for two days and I have searched for over a year for the perfect Jeep. I finally found a 2018 Wrangler Sahara. The sale went great. However, I had it for two days and filled up the gas tank for the first time. I quickly found out it had a gas leak so it was towed back to a local dealership. Jeep does not have the part available. I have been told it is on backorder until the end of May 2018. I purchased the vehicle February 19th, 2018 and it was towed two days later. I am getting the run around that it is a new vehicle so not all parts are on hand. No one will answer questions. I just keep being told that they are trying to fast track it. Therefore, be careful when you purchase. Jeff Smith won’t help because I drove it to the next state. Jeeps have a good name but this makes me exceptionally worried, angry, and frustrated. Customer service doesn’t even apologize. I am just basically being told to deal with it. More
