Worst experience I’ve ever had I've never been so disappointed in a car dealership before. Prior to taking the 2 hour and 40 minute drive I spoke with two salesmen. I made it absolu I've never been so disappointed in a car dealership before. Prior to taking the 2 hour and 40 minute drive I spoke with two salesmen. I made it absolutely clear that I wanted the the Jeep my wife was interested in to be at a certain price for a certain amount of time. I even have the conversation in a text stream. So what happens? I get a congratulations, saying that they are all over my window for a car payment. So I ask again to verify before we drive all the way up there. Yes... So... I leave work 3 hours early, my wife leaves work 4 hours early, we pick up our children and embark on our journey to buy a new Jeep. We arrived to the smiles of our salesmen, who by the way were genuine and I truly believe were not trying to pull the wool over our eyes. I take a quick test drive while my wife fills out some paperwork with our children, and then it hits us. A little piece of paper with payment options no where close to what we discussed on the phone prior to our drive. Have I mentioned this drive is with an 11 month old and a 3 year old? Low and behold the rate was much higher than expected so I asked where the other bank rates where. No others were even attempted. Just the bank they normally deal with. So we then discuss our issues and utter disappointment that we aren't close to what we had discussed. The salesman then leaves and talks to the manager... This is where I go from disappointed to upset. The manager then returns to us with another payment options paper. What's changed you ask? The interest rates... fairly well I might add. What hasn't changed? Any number from this dealership. The vehicle price nor the trade in hasn't budged $1. I do consider myself a smart man and it would seem to me that if you are in the business of selling vehicles, you would try your hardest to make a deal with your customers. Do you think the manager budged on anything? Nope, he instead says let me pay for your gas for coming up here. The sad thing is, if he would've made us closer to what we would've wanted we would've driven away in a new Jeep. I wasn't heart broken by any means until as we were driving the 2 hours and 40 minute drive home and our 3 year old says, "Why aren't we driving our new Jeep?" Do yourself a favor. Find another dealership. More
Women & Women with Children BEWARE Everything about my experience was HORRIBLE! I am a woman who wanted to trade in a car for a SUV. It took 5 days to get my car AFTER PURCHASED! And I Everything about my experience was HORRIBLE! I am a woman who wanted to trade in a car for a SUV. It took 5 days to get my car AFTER PURCHASED! And I STILL don’t have any loan documents, but just had to make a payment to the bank yesterday after being promised 45 days payment free! I also had to pay my trade ins payment because of the lack of communication and the shadiness of the people who work there! Jeff Corker not only verbally abused me, he also scared myself & my little girl by slamming a door on us in anger. When I went back a few weeks later to try to get my handicap tag that was mine & promised to me, another man (don’t know his name) cussed at me and berated me because I was upset that I’d been lied to. Then a man named Jason stepped in, made him leave the room (at my insistence), then lied and said he’d handle everything and get back to me.....I still haven’t gotten that call! Nor any loan documents I signed and are legally entitled to a copy of. Women & women with children BEWARE! These people are horrible & just plain mean! All they want is your money, definitely not worried about respect, or your needs! Update: I was contacted today 5/8/19 by an employee at the dealership, just for him to ask me if he lied to me, I’m guessing after seeing this review! (they had the first one taken down) I of course said yes and he started talking combative to me. I hung up and HE CALLED BACK to try to talk to me rude some more! These men have anger issues!! More

The dealership who put the wrong vin number on there paperwork and had me come up here and fill out more people work did not cancel the tag for the old vin and did not apply for a new one. I get something from the state about the old vin and HAD TO GO TO THE DEALERSHIP AGAIN to get this fixed. Had to miss work because I was riding Around on a tag that was not attached to the vin of my car. When I asked for some kind of compensation since it has been such a xxxx show the gm then blamed me for the fact THEY MESSED UP THE VIN and I quote said “you knew what you were doing” 🤔. THE ABSOLUTE WORSE PLACE TO BUY A CAR AT! More

Got treated like a criminal instead of customer. I give this rating because I bought a 2018 Jeep Renegade Nov17 took to get services on Nov 28 today is Dec 15 still don't have my vehicle back. They won't help me because the replacement vehicle window got crack by a rock on Dec 5. So on Dec 6 Julia called the police said I stole the car and had it towed from my house. Because I listen to Melony at Precision Collision where she told me to take the truck for repairs. Melony told me to wait on my insurance company Geico then bring the vehicle to get repaired. Melony also told Julia she told me that and she still called the police and towed the vehicle. Did a windshield claim and my agent been calling but they won't give her a total for the repairs because the windshield is on a back order and they don't know the total but they still want give me my car back which is brand new under warranty. If Mr Jeff Smith can please contact me I need my car or out this contract preferably out the contract. More

Management I went Saturday evening to look at a jeep they had. I young salesman is who helped me. He knew nothing about the car.... I asked how long the car had been on the lot, he didn't know. I asked if it was a one owner vehicle, he didn't know. I asked what the dealership fee was, he didn't know. They closed at 8 and it was about 755 when we went inside to talk numbers. The finance guy came over the intercom and said "I'd like to leave sometime soon guys." How rude can you be. I had just had my credit ran at other dealership and went to robins credit union so I knew my score and wanted them to run a "scenario" based on that credit. I also wouldn't be paying GA sales tax (which is 7%) on the vehicle because the vehicle would be registered in NC (which is 3%). They never once tried to figure numbers for me or show me anything on paper. They wanted me out the door, and sure enough I did. I was soooooo disappointed in the service I received on Saturday. I've always heard "never buy from 5 star" but I'm saying I will never buy Jeff Smith. More
