After purchashing A new Challenger R/T Classic from this dealer I found dirt in most of the paint on the car.I brought this to the dealers attention four days after buying it. It was bought on 12-27-11.It i dealer I found dirt in most of the paint on the car.I brought this to the dealers attention four days after buying it. It was bought on 12-27-11.It is now March 11th and it is still not resolved. The dealer,Dodge,Chrysler and Fiat have jerked me a round for almost three months. I am supposed to be getting a brand new vehicle that was ordered from the factory because a vehicle of with the same options could not be found/swapped from another dealer. To get this far I have had to threaten Dodge with legal action. The dealer staff has a problem with being honest when confronted. They must think all people are stupid and have never had to purchase a new vehicle before. They wanted me to leave the car so they could try and buff the dirt out of the base coat......were they going to buff off the clear coat to get to the dirt? Also if I left the car they would gladly RENT me a car to drive home for 35.00 per day.I think a car company that took bail out money I am paying for should be bending over backwards to make me happy. I have 3 different case numbers with Dodge/Chrysler and all they can say is sorry and I appologize.I am still waiting for a response from the Sr. vp of customer satisfaction.I got a letter from him hoping I was happy with my new purchase.I sent him a four page letter asking for a explanation of why this has taken so long and why.He is hiding behind the corporate logo cause havent heard from him yet.I bet if I was his stock broker I would have benn speed dialed pdq. Also I thought the dealer was working for me...............................when they get around to it.
