DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I bought a 2022 Ram Rebel with 350 original miles from this dealership. The very next morning after this vehicle was delivered, it wouldn't start. I bought a 2022 Ram Rebel with 350 original miles from this dealership. The very next morning after this vehicle was delivered, it wouldn't start. I had to have it towed to a service center (in a rural area so it's an hour away). The service center found a huge draw from a computer board that would kill a new battery overnight. In other words, the morning my vehicle was delivered from the lot, it wouldn't start (they later admitted and said they just figured it was a bad battery and sent it on anyway). So then I had to get a rental vehicle. The service center found the draw on a Saturday morning. They could not get anyone at ALM to answer the phone to approve a warranty fix. Therefore, it could not be approved until the following Monday. This added two extra days to my rental car bill. Of course, they would not agree to pay any of the rental. Robert in finance told me they couldn't answer the phone that Saturday because they were "too busy selling cars" and that at some point, the responsibility is on the customer. Seven days later, the truck would not start again. I had to have it towed again an hour away. This time it was a bad starter. There was no point about asking for rental reimbursement again. I bought the vehicle on September 18th. On November 4th I made the dealership aware that I still had not received my title or license plate, because the plate went dead on the 9th. Never heard back. Called again today, and they had no idea where my title was. The owner and management will avoid you like the plague. Anyone with any authority will avoid you, instead asking those employed under them to deal with things they should not have to deal with. This dealership has a serious top-down leadership issue. Please do not spend your hard earned money to keep this dealership afloat. In the game of capitalism, this dealership deserves to lose for the sake of car buyers. More

Would not recommend CDJR ALM in Perry,GA if you are looking for trustworthy and exceptional customer service. Basically you find a same year, same model, same trim with comparable miles and if you find a cheaper price they will give you the difference in check. Those were the ONLY stipulations stated to us on our date of purchase. We even asked several times if that was all we needed to provide and we were reassured each time yes. Fast forward to the course of this week, many vehicles were sent to AJ and Charity via email and text. Correspondence between them was very minimal, almost non existent. We sent a couple of vehicles and they told us those wouldn't work because they had been in an accident, even though carfax was clean. We sent a series of 4 or 5 more vehicles and then we were told there are now more stipulations and that we would not qualify for the cash exchange, although we found multiple vehicles nationwide ( because that wasn't a stipulation) that met the original advice given to us. AJ was unresponsive once he got his deal completed, Charity doesn't know what she's doing and it really should've been a major red flag when we did the finance guys job for him on the date of sale. I urge you to really be prepared if you chose this dealership in the future. My family and I definitely will not use them in the future. It was due to their lack of communication and professionalism that we weren't even able to reach the manager until 3 days after requesting his contact information. Bought a used car here when they were under the cloak of Jeff Smith and they were so adamant about getting me in one and working with me. I was very particular about the type of vehicle i needed because my son has a very rare disability that requires specialized seating for transportation. Being a widowed mother of 4 and this having been my first solo purchase since increasing my credit score remarkably, i let it be known that i needed a reliable vehicle that didn't put us down on the road. This vehicle's transmission failed before the second payment was due. By this time I find ALM were the new owners exactly 2 weeks after I had financed a car through them ad Jeff Smith. I also found out that the Jeff Smith dealerships service center was not at all equipped to fully service the vehicle I purchased from them. Then the transmission fails less than 2 months later but it passed inspection? The employees there could no longer help me though they were the same ones who sold me this car because they were now employees of ALM. I was advised of the Jeff Smith Auto Advantage Warranty that the Jeff Smith Ford my auto loan was now in the hands of could help me. The stress disrespect and heartache ive receieved after this process is ridiculous. I'm leaving this review under the new ownership because those employees are now their employees and not to discredit them completely just be aware with buying a used car from dealerships that don't sell that type of car off the lot because they could have easily took that car and got it inspected down the road at the dealership it was named after to see the car wasn't fit for sale before inconveniencing my entire life. And I wasn't offered an extended warranty because they said I wasn't approved for an extended warranty despite me stating I needed everything with the car so I wouldn't be stranded with my children ever without transportation. ALM may be wonderful but just be careful. Again I reiterate ALM DID NOT SELL ME THE VEHICLE. THEY BOUGHT JEFF SMITH TWO WEEKS AFTER I BOUGHT THIS VEHICLE BUT THEIR SALESMAN FINANCE AND MANAGER PEOPLE WHO SOLD ME THE CAR ARE STILL THERE. *ALSO I HAVE TAKEN IT TO JEFF SMITH FORD AND THUS BEGINS THE THREATS THE RUNAROUND AND THE SLICK INNUENDOS. They won't honor the jeff smith advantage warranty! I hate I trusted their employees!!! More
