his dealership messed up the prices and made us resign a contract. We bought a vehicle a few weeks ago and traded in two vehicles that were both financed. Which we have text as proof they knew. We didn’t want to sit at the dealership all day and took the paperwork to the credit union on our own so we could bring them the check which is what we have done for the last 3 vehicles we bought. A week later the finance guy / general manger calls from a private line telling us we didn’t finance enough and they need another 20k. The guy then threats to report the vehicle stolen and is overall belligerent and cussing at my husband on the phone when he is told no. We agreed to 59 and the two cars , not 80k and two vehicles. This isn’t a small amount of money and our budget never allowed for more than this amount. Come to find out they screwed up and left the payoff on one of the vehicles off. Then the other finance guy calls and tells us that we told them to leave the car off, which doesn’t even make sense. Why would we give you a car as a trade and say leave it off. Then we asked for corrected paper work and they refuse to send it to us. All the paper work was signed over a week ago. The craziest part is that they said they would call the cops and say it’s stolen. Stolen from who … the credit union owns it ! I have never in my life had an experience like this before. More

Came to the dealership today after my son totaled my Camry last week.....and Justin and Linnon took great care of me. My car will be here tomorrow so they put me in a loaner just like the car I have purchased. I wasn't wanting to trade in my old Mercedes C-Class because that car was paid for, but they gave me a really good deal! There were no gimmicks, no pressure to buy, and straight professionalism. I honestly just went in to look because I was going to the dealership in Gwinnett. I put the name in my GPS and found out they were here in Athens. The experience for me was refreshing! I will recommend others! You guys were very helpful in my car-buying experience! More

They tried to sell me the car I was interested in for way more than it was worth. I was clear going into it what my budget was. They came in over $3000 from the budget. If they would have been honest about from the beginning, I wouldn't have wasted my time. Buyer beware. More

Tory was a great help with us in finding our Chrysler Pacifica limited. He show us everything he had on the lot at that time he just did not have what I wanted.
