Professionalism ends when they get paid. Purchased a Ford Explorer about a month ago...Vehicle is ok...price is ok...what tweaked me was after...when I went to pick up the car, I found the ga Purchased a Ford Explorer about a month ago...Vehicle is ok...price is ok...what tweaked me was after...when I went to pick up the car, I found the gas gauge on E. I had just paid cash, (Just under 10Gs), and once the check cleared, it seems they washed their hands of responsibility to a customer. When I posted a review stating the above, the owner attacked me for it. He closed the attack by saying in part; "we shouldn't have to put gas in it for you to drive home..." total BS, AND SUCH A BUSH LEAGUE MOVE, but totally revealing of their philosophy: customer service ends, when the check is in their hands...dont patronize someone who doesn't appreciate the customer after the sale... More
