I feel I got bait and switched. I inquired on 1 car and asked for videos of the car. Got videos asked if it had heated seats and said, "Yes, fully- loaded." No heated seats, not powered seats, manual everything. I had 2 things that were a must heated seats and 2nd row bench. I sent an email to them about this when I got the car. Monday, I get you well, get you heated seats, remote start, fix the heater, and detail the car because it was gross on the inside. I have emails, phone calls, and text messages saying that we can rewind the car deal. Then the owner says no way, your car is ours, and I'm in breach of contract, and he'll reach out to law enforcement. I give them my trade-in because they said they would do all the things we discussed. Now I get we will look into this. Wow, this is a dealership I'd run from. More
