I bought a car from these guys and it's given me nothing but problems since the day I got it. Within the first week the trans wouldn't get out of first gear and I was told "did ya check the fluid?" Being as but problems since the day I got it. Within the first week the trans wouldn't get out of first gear and I was told "did ya check the fluid?" Being as if it was in the shop to get the hood pop fixed before I drove it off the lot and I was told all the fluids were topped off I was a bit surprised to find my trans fluid BONE DRY! I put more in and it temporarily fixed the problem. 4 months later what do you know my car will not shift out of first. At this point I was told "that's horrible man, I'll help you get a tow and we will get this taken care of." After calling everyday for a week asking when it will be towed and being told "my guys are out on the road I don't have anyone to do it." I asked "well can we make an appointment to get it done?" I was told "These guys are really busy, it's not like I can just have someone run and do it real quick. Do you think you could get it towed there?" I was at my wits end but I started school back up in a week and needed my car, so I paid $100 out of pocket and got it done. Even though it would of just cost the price of gas for them to get it done. After being told they would help me I was under the impression I would be helped. Not the case. I had to pay for the transmission work up front and guess what happened when I got it back. It shifted through the gears now but had a new noise that sounds like something being drug around in the transmission, it also has trouble getting into second now too. One thing it always did was hop when going from second down to first and it still does that. hmmmmmmm. I wonder if they just put a band-aid on it for as cheap as possible and took my money? I am almost sure this is what happened. Final thought, these people only care about their bottom line and not the customers they run through the ringer. They are uncaring, deceitful, and all around bad businessmen. I would never suggest anyone get a car here unless you like over paying for a car that you will only have problems with. Oh and he told me the head unit for the radio was at the shop, and it was, just to bad the radio had no power going to it and still doesn't work. Insult to injury. More
