Completely Thrilled First let me say that Mr. Brett Campbell is the definition of customer service and respect! I had a scheduled appointment, on a Saturday, to have new First let me say that Mr. Brett Campbell is the definition of customer service and respect! I had a scheduled appointment, on a Saturday, to have new tires and an alignment for my 2012 Fusion. There was an unseen mishap and my tires could not be put on until Monday. I had to travel 750 miles that coming week, so I was concerned. Mr. Campbell was relieved that I wasn't upset. I told him that's why pencils have erasers, mistakes happen. Mr. Campbell is a complete asset to ACE Ford, he more than took care of the situation and put me at ease. I couldn't be happier with how I was treated, to say the least. I've always had my car serviced there and now I have a renewed faith in ACE Ford. See ya's soon and THANX again!! More

6 month check on new vehicle I purchased my car from ACE because I wanted a Ford but I also wanted a service station close to my home "just in case." I was not disappointed! I scheduled my service after receiving an advance notice, dropped off the vehicle the night before, and picked up my vehicle the next day right on time. The service department manager called before doing any service work, and then called afterward to let me know what was done and when I could pick up my car. It was exactly the type of service I was looking for! Aside from that, I had taken my vehicle to that same department 3 days before because the I had a screw in my tire and the pressure was dropping in that tire. Because I travel daily with young children in my car, I went straight to ACE, the dealer. They worked me into the schedule, fixed the problem, and I was done in under 2 hours. Again, I was completely satisfied. Way to go ACE Service! More
Ford Explorer 2015 I bought a 2015 Explorer. We had issues with our transmission after 63,000 miles! Of course the car was no longer under warrantee. So we had to buy a I bought a 2015 Explorer. We had issues with our transmission after 63,000 miles! Of course the car was no longer under warrantee. So we had to buy an extended care contract just in case it went bad again. I recently have been having issues with the vents not directing to the proper place. Only to the dashboard no where else! So i made an appointment and found that this service was not covered under the extended care we bought and it would cost $640 to fix! This is crazy! I really do want to like this but it's tough when every little bit something goes wrong and then they just want more money. No trying to resolve it. Not noticing that we bought the car there. No discounts offered. No solutions offered. Very annoyed and still not fixed with this lovely weather! I am not sure what to tell people. Gigi M. More
