The Service was very good, the time they had my car was very good. Communication with my husband on what was wrong & costs was very good! However, I was never told that the "loaner" would cost me $90.00! It's written right on the keys, "loaner". If I loan someone my car, I bet they wouldn't expect a bill when returning it! You gave me a rental, not a loaner! Personally, when I'm giving you the business of Service on my car, lending me a car really isn't too much to ask! I see courtesy cars all over. My warranty wouldn't cover that either since the Service wasn't covered. I would have appreciated being told of the additional costs! Right now, 90 dollars could go towards the additional medical bills I have for my cancer treatment. It would have been nice if it was explained you were charging me for the "loaner!" More
