I purchased a 2012 Ford Focus from this Dealership 9/2/2021. Service Engine Light kept coming back on. I have brought the car back to him 5 times. The front end shudders when accelerating and there wa 9/2/2021. Service Engine Light kept coming back on. I have brought the car back to him 5 times. The front end shudders when accelerating and there was an issue when the car was shifting gears. This time he had the car for 3 weeks. He said his transmission mechanic was backed up.I am very dissatisfied with this dealership. He said his mechanic reprogrammed the TCM and they reset the Service Engine Light. The car seems to be changing gears better. However on 11/24, the Service Engine Light came back on. Nothing but problems with his service. I finally took the car to a Ford Dealership near my house. They had to Reprogram the PCM. The sudder went away and the transmission laboring when you slowed down when making turns went away. The check engine light is the vapor management valve. Overall not a bad car for the money. I just wish the ACA dealer could of resolve the problem. I wasted many days bringing the car back to him. And I did not have use of the car for 3 weeks. More

If you're looking for an honest, friendly used car dealer .. We were not planning to get a car this year, but unfortunately a truck hit us, and here we were shopping for a car right after moving just about a mon We were not planning to get a car this year, but unfortunately a truck hit us, and here we were shopping for a car right after moving just about a month ago. The first stop we made was down the road and the dealer made us so upset we literally wanted to just head home and go back to searching on the internet. But we decided to give ACA a call and check how they sounded. John answered and gave me a very confident assurance that they were worth visiting. We drove straight that way, and fell in love with the team there. For 1 thing if you are into cars definitely visit them. For another all their cars have fair pricing. And they keep what I think is a great array of prices for all budgets given their physical size. We went back to almost certainly decide on a second vehicle that they had on their website. Unfortunately because we were not looking to buy a car this year and were only out there because of the accident, budget took priority and we went with a completely different budget alternate instead of buying a car. But soon as we are in the market for a used car again ACA and the team there John, Ronnie, Winston (Sam - the best!) will definitely be seeing us again. More
