After several other dealership visits for other potential car options, my husband and I found what looked like a great 2008 Honda Civic at a great price at ABC Nissan. I called and spoke with Bruce Weiss (In car options, my husband and I found what looked like a great 2008 Honda Civic at a great price at ABC Nissan. I called and spoke with Bruce Weiss (Internet Manager). He was EXTREMELY helpful and when I asked for a detailed list of any and all of the added on fees (ie: DOC, Taxes, Refurbishing, etc) that we would have with this car, he was very upfront with all of that information before we even stepped in the door. We went and checked it out, test drove it and loved it! We explained to Bruce the terms of an agreement that we would feel comfortable with. He was very open and clear in his explanations of everything and even stayed WELL passed his normal leaving time, never pressuring us in any way to rush through the decision. He even waited until the entire finance portion was done and made sure we were all set and leaving in our new car before he left for the day. While we were a little disappointed that the price they gave us for our trade in was about $2k lower than what the other dealerships were offering us, the price of the car we bought from them, was about $2k less than what any other dealership was selling a similar Honda Civic with similar mileage for, so it's hard to complain about the deal we got. Bruce has continued to follow up with us, even after the sale, to check and see how the Honda Civic is working for us and continues to offer his services, should we have any questions or need anything regarding the car. It was definitely a great buying experience and I would definitely recommend purchasing from ABC Nissan and working with Bruce Weiss. It was an absolute pleasure! More

I would like to take the time to tell you that the person assigned to assist me on my inquiring question named Robert Gray was just a great help. Robert Gray worked with me, was very patient, he is very knowledgeable on how the whole process works, and explained everything to me to where it made sense and thanks to that I was able to walk out of ABC Nissan with a new car. I was truly happy with how everything went. Also the staff up at the front desk is great as well. I had to come back in to the this location to resign some paper work and the person I came to see was nowhere around, but she made sure to keep trying to contact someone to help me, and get what I need to get done and get out of there.
