Deceiving, scammmers, waste of time, and listen to the 1 star reviews. Avoid these guys at all costs. They listed a 2014 HONDA CRV with 58,000 miles. I talk to a guy named Tony from here. We get there and this place is doing business in a small trailer. There's over 20 customers here. I go in here with my mother and tell a woman Tony set a appointment for us. She said Tony is our internet salesman he's not here right now. I ask if the HONDA CRV is here. The woman oh if it's here it be at that spot. I go out and it's not there. My mother talking to the woman as she asks oh did you see it online? Oh it may be the cars still getting here or it's already sold. The woman asks what color was it. Mom said white and that woman said oh those pictures may be a car that looks like the same car but it may not be that car listed. We get in our car immediately and call Tony once again. His assistant says oh he's out on lunch he's with his family. So not only did we waste 2 hours driving here, Tony lied about that car being there, he also is helping to scam people on the website from that dealer and I put in a big complaint to cancel these guys from ever selling on cars.com at least. I haven't heard anything at all since but please listen to me. This is as of March 2022. DO NOT DO BUSINESS OR LET THEM EVEN TALK TO YOU! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! More
If it seems too good to be true it usually is. Unfortunately for us we got scammed out of 1300 and almost bought a very bad car. My advice to you is before you buy their vehicles have them checked out, during the test drive rather than driving to the bank to get cash out like your salesman may recommend go to firestone and get the vehicle inspected it is only a few dollars compared to the thousands that you could be wasting on a vehicle that your not sure about and can cost you thousands in the long run. Also check the disclaimer on the vehicle you want to purchase, on their website. A 17000$ car easily becomes 26000$ when working with these people More
xxxxxxxx!! ABSOLUTE xxxxxxxx. All they do is jerk you around, lie, and waste your time. We arrive for our 3:30 appointment and the first thing we’re told is they can’t find the car I just called about ON around, lie, and waste your time. After waiting around they tell us the car already sold last night. I should have walked away as soon as they said it was $1000 dealership fees. We fill out paperwork to send to financing, and as we waited for an additional TWO HOURS, we talk to people around us who had been waiting for 6 hours only for them to storm out of the office saying “Good luck, it’s all xxxxxxxx” and “you were a complete waste of my time”. And my God I wish I had taken that as a sign to leave immediately and RUN. The car was listed as $10,500 which seems too good to be true of course, but what I wasn’t expecting was all of the added fees to make the total cost OVER $18,000 F*xx*NG DOLLARS!!! Get this, they charge YOU about $3000 to advertise THEIR car. After interest they turned an $11k car into a $27,000 car. As soon as we saw the real price we laughed, stood up, and walked out. Don't even bother and STAY AWAY. More
They show one price in the listing, but that price is AFTER a nearly $2,000 deposit is subtracted, and also does not show a nearly $1,000 dealer fee. So basically, add $3,000 to the price of ANY vehicle AFTER a nearly $2,000 deposit is subtracted, and also does not show a nearly $1,000 dealer fee. So basically, add $3,000 to the price of ANY vehicle you see listed by them, and THEN you can figure out your tax, tag and title costs to add on as is normal. Also, you HAVE to finance with one of their banks in order to get that price, and there is a prepayment penalty if you pay it off within 90 days. Only some of this info is hidden in their "mice type", and my guess is that there are other "hiddens" when dealing with them. Example: Car listed for $14,000 .... Real Price if you use their financing is $17,000. If you choose to pay cash, the "retail price" is $20,000 plus the $1,000 dealer fee ($21,000) + TTT. AVOID THEM LIKE THE RIP OFFS THEY ARE!!!! More
