I was told online 800 down I get there about a hour in it changes to 1400 down then 2 hrs in they take my check stubs from me to make copies and when the salesman returns he tells me the owner said I can put changes to 1400 down then 2 hrs in they take my check stubs from me to make copies and when the salesman returns he tells me the owner said I can put 2000 down so if I want the car I need to come up with more money...by now I have already paid for the insurance and the tax tag and title and just about to pay the down payment...the worst thing of all I paid uber 70 dollars to get there and I had to pay another 124 to get home after being there for 4 hours and not getting a car. I am so disappointed and now I have to wait another 2 weeks to try some where else cause of all the money spent on uber's. More

Then they expect me to sign a release form and they're going to put on my credit rating that it was repoed when I voluntarily we're giving them the car to sell to some other poor individual that has no clue what they're getting into I was fooled but I won't be Fooled Again I must say Daisy and the other girls in customer service are the only thing good about the whole company. Hi, about 2 1/2 yrs ago I was at that point where I had to start over from. Scratch. It happens to everyone at one point or another. Well I was below that. I had bad credit, no legitimate work history and working a minimum wagejob that I had only been at for 2 months. ABC put me in a car the same day, I was able to get insurance thru them and do my Tax/Tag/Title all in one day. Since then the finance department has been helping me and working with me tremendously. I work with Joanna,she is the supervisor of the financing department. She has been there to help me thru my rough patches and totally rearranged my payment schedule to coincide with my pay schedule. She is so great that by her doing that for me it makes me fall into the late payment bracket by 2days but because she already knows it will be paid on the Tuesday after the Friday that my payment is due. Well she waves my late fee every single payment. See when u sign the contract that is ur set scheduled payments in there system it can't be changed. But she is a reasonable, understanding, compassionate woman that has empathy for some ppl and certain situations. So here I am going on 3 years into my loan only one more year to go and my car will be paid off. I'm not in the rear on any of my payment and have a $0.00 balance and I owe it all to Joanna,(Superior in Financing). Ripped Off I had my Toyota Corolla repossessed and rented a car in order to look for another car. I purchased a 2007 Mercedes Benz from ABC for $9,999. After I got it home within 2 months I had to put $741.00 for engine work. The people who did the work (an A+ rated shop) advised me it needed another $1,000.00 or so work done. Then I checked with Kelly Blue Book and found the car booked for around $2,500. I gave ABC Autos $2,500 down and made 4 payments of $250.00. ABC also charged me 22% interest. I went to a reputable new car dealer and they advised me to drive the car back to ABC and park it and leave the keys in it. I did return it after paying them a total of $3,500, $1,000 more than book value. Sure they put me in a car when I was in need but the price of being in need was ferocious. I bought a new car with $300 down and half the interest ABC Autos charged me. BE AWARE!!! this company preys on needy people. You don't have to be treated that way. there are plenty of good-hearted dealers out there. More

Ripoff Purchased a car and had nothing but problems. Was told by service advisor Hector that he recommended to the owner that they shouldn’t of returned this Purchased a car and had nothing but problems. Then ac compressor stops working Hector tells me for $300 cash him and the mechanic will fix it on the side. (This was second month after purchasing) More
