We are picky and sometimes frustrating customers, but all Al ever says is "sure, no problem". I tried TrueCar and got nowhere except several dealers calling and e-mailing me (hounding I believe they call it) trying to sell me every car except the one I wanted. Al will find your car, just tell him what you want. If he can't find it, it doesn't exist. No dealer calls, no sitting in some "manager's" office waiting for a hard sell. Just a friendly guy on the phone working to get your car. Then they bring it right to you! And do yourself a favor, let them handle financing as well. Completely satisfied with my experience and I'll be calling again when my son is ready for his 1st car! More
