I ran completely off the road and he still struck my car in the rear toally destroying our 2015 RAV 4. We had to get a rental vehicle and try to pick up the pieces. My daughter advised me about the AAA car purchase program and after just a simple email contact was hooked up with Nelson who helped us find a good replacement vehicle that arrived today and looks to be in prime condition. We are so thankful for their help in this difficult predicament which is still uncertain with a driver who made no attempt to avoid this collision. I definitely had a gaurdian angel protecting me in the collision and thanks to AAA we have some of the mess corrected. My wife was quite impressed with his kind interaction giving us good results on a replacement vehicle Thanks Nelson. More

I had two cars which I wanted to trade in for new Rav4 and he was able to arrange pickup of my used cars and delivery of my new one right to my house all within one week. He even got me the exact color and options that I wanted in my new one,which was $5000 below dealer cost, and a fair price for my trade-ins. The entire process was done over the phone and I didn't have to go through the hassle of visiting a dealership. I actually finalized the deal while I was sitting in my beach chair at the beach! I can't say enough good things about Nelson. He took care of everything, was patient with me when I changed my mind about options, and even took care of the registration process. Good/Great Vehicle Price. Great Service I'm typically a very slow car buyer and I try to use it to my advantage at the dealership to get the rock bottom price. The price I got with AAA was I'm typically a very slow car buyer and I try to use it to my advantage at the dealership to get the rock bottom price. The price I got with AAA was very good to great in my opinion (and Consumer Reports agrees with "great"). It really eliminates the hassle of the back and forth with the dealership and with this service you won't have to settle for anything less than your top choice as far as color, interior, packages, etc go. In the past I may have settled for certain aspects that were not my first preference thinking a dealer may be eager to move what they have on the lot. That may be true to a certain extent but it isn't worth the hassle/back and forth just to shave off at most a half razor thin slice just to settle for something. The vehicle we bought was not close to our home but was delivered to our home. I also feel that we got fair trade in value for our old car with AAA. More
