Amazing auto buying experience. I thought my friend was exaggerating when she told me that she bought all her cars via AAA and that she always got a great deal. So I called and Larry asked me what car I had, what car I wanted and that he would deliver it to my door, I still thought this is too easy. When he told me the numbers I actually wasn't happy with the number on my trade so I went to Carmax-well, they offered me less! So Larry delivered my car to my door, took my trade, exchanged the tags and I've been a happy girl ever since. This was especially helpful to me because my husband had just passed away and I couldn't bear the haggle experience at that time. Larry was beyond amazing! More

I would highly recommend using AAA, as it takes the stress and hassle out of finding a used car. They really try to get you the right car that matches your budget, and they also make sure that everything in the car is in working order before delivering it. Within a week we had settled on the vehicle and had Gerard spend the next few days getting the price down to the target we had set. this was the first time in many years that we bought a vehicle and after stopping at a few dealerships before contacting AAA we knew we were going to be in for a tedious and expensive effort if we just tried to do it ourselves with the dealer sales reps. Gerard and AAA were 5 stars all the way and a very good experience. More

Terrance Caldwell of AAA was incredibly quick and flexible, and came in with the best price for a hard-to-find package for a new Subaru Crosstrek. What a relief not to have to haggle for hours at a dealership. Terrance also threw in a couple of extras at no extra charge - a nice surprise when I got the car. The car was delivered to my house in perfect condition by a very knowledgeable and courteous driver (sorry - I don't remember his name). More
