Great experience I was able to negotiate the price of the vehicle over the phone with Brian. I believe we came to a price that was beneficial to both parties involved I was able to negotiate the price of the vehicle over the phone with Brian. Brian got all the paperwork lined up and was able to get two drivers on a moments notice to drive the car 4 hours to Charleston, SC on a Saturday morning. When the drivers arrived in Charleston they told me Brian was very organized and that became apparent to me when they started having me sign all of the paperwork. At the end of the deal I noticed that the car did not have a spare tire and I called Brian on it. Brian immediately told me that those Jeeps did not always come with a spare tire and that they sometimes come with an inflator kit which was also not in the vehicle. Right away Brian ordered the inflator kit for me and had it shipped to my address. I am very appreciative of his work ethic and how good he is at taking care of the customer. I would definitely use him again without question. More
