Car delivered to our home 2 hours out of Charlotte by a nice man who explained the features of our car in detail. Paperwork signed at kitchen table and off he went in our trade in. No hassles, no salesman going to the back room, no money extorted by a finance person. Why anyone would deal directly with a dealership is beyond me.
