Larry with AAA just got us a 2021 Toyota Camry Hybrid XLE, and we couldn't be more pleased. This was the 3rd time we've used AAA's buying service. He got us exactly the car we wanted at a great price. And did I mention that he did it sooner than promised during a pandemic when there was a new car shortage? The process was easy. I had questions about Subaru Foresters, the differences in models, the pros/cons of new versus used, and he was able to succinctly explain all the nuances involved with each of my questions. There was also no discrepancy between what I thought I was going to acquire and what I did acquire - something which I had been concerned with, initially, given all of the details. Brian is a thoughtful sales rep, and a clear communicator who responds promptly to emails and text messages, and who gives you a good overview of the how the process works in the beginning, so there are no surprises down the road. Having the vehicle delivered to our doorstep by Don & Charlotte Pirko was an added perk. It’s a great way to acquire a new vehicle, and a friendly way to do the paperwork.
