The only thing positive about my experience with AAA Car Buying Service was that they had 2 Hondas available on my initial phone call. Things were downhill after that. The first person I dealt with went on Buying Service was that they had 2 Hondas available on my initial phone call. Things were downhill after that. The first person I dealt with went on vacation for 2 weeks without informing me, and didn't refer me to anyone else. After failure to reach this first person multiple times, a salesperson from the Columbia, SC office contacted me. We exchanged a few emails, then he turned me over to another salesperson in the Charlotte office. This salesperson gave me a wrong address for the AAA office, which caused a mix-up and confusion when I went for a test drive. After finally getting there, this salesperson was very brief in his explanation of the CRV features. He allowed me to drive only a few miles in town and around a parking lot. Although he paired the vehicle with my phone, he showed me basically nothing about the Android Auto, navigation, and audio capabilities. I was left to inquire of friends and a Honda dealership to learn what he didn't take the effort and time to show me. This was very disappointing. Then he sent a different person to deliver the car, and didn't mention that there would be 12-15 documents to go through at delivery. The entire process was stressful because I was forced to deal with 4 different people, and learned only a little information about the Honda. Honestly, I cannot recommend this service to others. More

Tim Pallay has made the car buying a pleasure along with the additional wannanty.
