I had 3 of my cars in for service in January. Two were routine maintenance and one was for a wheel bearing belt repair. In each instance the repairs were expertly done and in a timely manner. My car was making an intermittent noise, a kind of rattle or irregular vibration, but the issue did not appear during my regular service visits, and the 15-point inspection never revealed a significant issue or irregular vibration, but the issue did not appear during my regular service visits, and the 15-point inspection never revealed a significant issue. A diagnostic visit was suggested, and I scheduled one. The service team then found the issue and offered an affordable solution. Also, as the annual inspection would be coming up, they offered to take care of that while they had the car so I would not have to schedule another visit so soon. Great communication all around, and the team knows I am trying to keep this Forester running safely for the long term, and they are willing to help me do that affordably. More

They were very busy when I dropped my car off for inspection & oil change, but they were very efficient, took care of me very timely & had a loaner car ready & waiting, with the heat on!!
