The ENTIRE staff at A&T Subaru is professional, helpful and friendly. Over a span of about 3 months, I spoke with many other salespeople and dealers, and never received the kind of help and respect I received from Kevin and A&T. He never tried to pressure me into a car or options I didn't want, he worked hard to stay in touch and help while I made my final decisions, then he located the exact car I wanted and I was able to pick it up the next day. Save yourself some stress and headaches and go straight to Kevin Clouser and A&T Subaru if you're thinking about buying a car. (I saw a review regarding loan payment information but that's your responsibility as a car owner, not the dealer's.) Call Kevin at A&T and you'll see why I'll never go anywhere else to buy a car! The bank they set me up with, failed to provide me with my payment information, before my payment was due(March 4th), so I was late the first payment. I received my payment booklet on the March 18th. When I contacted the dealership they told me it wasn't there problem! They also submitted the wrong bank information(they told my insurance company the loan was through Chase instead of Valley National Bank) to my insurance company. On top of all this they would not give me anything close to KBB value for my car. So in closing stay the f**k away from A&T Subaru and Valley National Bank!!!! Oh, yeah and Valley National Bank offers no online bank payments, who the f**k doesn't offer that in 2013???? More
