The bank they set me up with, failed to provide me with my payment information, before my payment was due(March 4th), so I was late the first payment. I received my payment booklet on the March 18th. When I contacted the dealership they told me it wasn't there problem! They also submitted the wrong bank information(they told my insurance company the loan was through Chase instead of Valley National Bank) to my insurance company. On top of all this they would not give me anything close to KBB value for my car. So in closing stay the f**k away from A&T Subaru and Valley National Bank!!!! Oh, yeah and Valley National Bank offers no online bank payments, who the f**k doesn't offer that in 2013???? More
