AT matched one of the big boys very easily with no issues, I would always prefer to deal with small and local vs a half hour away. We had to order what we wanted and it took a little longer than expected. Near the original due date I sold our car which we needed over the holidays to visit family. I called AT and offered to try and rent one of their loaners for a few days they said they do not do this but would let us use one of their used cars till our Forester came in. That is an exceptional way to due business. I have shared this with friends and they are likely impressed. We did a lot of the back and forth over the phone so that, by the time I went to the dealer, all I had to do was test drive the car, complete the application and finalize the numbers.
