However, after doing some research and contacting Sheila, we quickly arrived at a price we liked, and the process was very smooth from there on. Sheila found the car we wanted already en-route, and it came in within a week. The financing (0%!) process was easy and the paperwork fairly simple. Stephen did a great job explaining the newer technology in the car (our newest car was a 2004), and paired my phone before I drove off. Overall, very nice experience - low stress, and great service!
