I just finished up getting 1 of my 2 cars inspected here. My first one car’s tires failed it so I will be bringing it back once I fix this issue. They called me and told me that I needed a side marker replaced before the stickers would be put on the car and it would be a 40 dollar job. I told them to hold off while I checked the price of the part which was 5 dollars at advanced. I called them back and left a message at their service center which might have not gone through since they called me back 40 minutes before the center closed. They asked if I would call them back so they could finish the job, but I missed the call. Instead of waiting for a confirmation, they went ahead and did it anyways. It may only be 50 dollars more than I wanted to pay, but it was the idea that they didn’t get my consent before proceeding with the job. Great service up until that mistake. Would have been a 5 star. More
I had my Equinox detailed and the front wheels still had brake dust on them. I’d prefer the team take a longer time and do it right than try to rush through it, especially for the price charged for a small brake dust on them. Story of two service mgrs I bought a used Chevy Silverado from this dealership with a 12 month bumper to bumper warranty. I took it in for service as the front bumper was loose I bought a used Chevy Silverado from this dealership with a 12 month bumper to bumper warranty. I took it in for service as the front bumper was loose and looked like a clip was missing that held it to the body. The 12 month warranty is set to expire in May. I took the truck in in March. I was well within the warranty period. When I went to pick up the truck I was informed by the auto body shop mgr, Tom, that it would cost me $450 to fix. I explained to him that this did not happen while I owned the truck and it was still under a bumper to bumper warranty. He was totally unwilling to except the terms of my bumper to bumper warranty and refused to fix the problem unless I paid $450. He never offered to work with me. He seemed like he couldn't wait to get rid of me. I finally asked to speak to the Service Mgr George. Tom lied to me and told me George was out to lunch. I walked past Georges office and surprise, surprise, George was in his office. My story turns positive here. I explained to George how I felt totally disrespected by Tom and that I wanted my truck fixed under the terms of my warranty. George led me outside and looked at the bumper. He told me he would get back a hold of me in a couple days but would try to work things out. He was totally friendly and interested in keeping me as a satisfied customer. I never once felt that from the auto body mgr, Tom.. George got a hold of me a few days later and we set up a time I could bring it in for the repair under warranty !! I rated this dealership a 4 out of 5 because of George and his willingness to satisfy a customer. If I had to rate it based on their auto body shop and its mgr., Tom, I would have rated it a zero !! George is a credit to A&T Chevy and I would recommend that people search him out with your concerns. His workshop is top notch. If you have to deal with A&T's auto body and their mgr Tom, Good luck !!!! More
Great Service Department Worked with Matt on a scheduled maintenance for my Malibu. He called me back to offer the Pa Inspection a few months early.
