highly recommend! Transmission went on my vehicle 150 miles from home. Local dealer in that town wanted to charge me an additional $2300 in fees above and beyond my Transmission went on my vehicle 150 miles from home. Local dealer in that town wanted to charge me an additional $2300 in fees above and beyond my extended warranty. I called A& T Chevy where i bought my Tahoe. They assisted me getting the vehicle back to their shop, they replaced the transmission, provided me with a loaner vehicle, and no overcharges or extra fees. Even got me a BETTER transmission with a 3 yr 100K warranty, better than the other dealer offered. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! My thanks to their Service Team who went above and beyond. More

Brought our Suburban in to have the transmission looked at and was told it would be $17,000 to replace it. After repeated attempts to try and understand why it would be so much, knowing it was wrong, the r at and was told it would be $17,000 to replace it. After repeated attempts to try and understand why it would be so much, knowing it was wrong, the rep was steadfast that her number was correct. Called multiple other dealerships and shops and was quoted more than $10,000 less than your number. After the weekend, the rep finally realized her mistake of trying to charge double for parts. However, your number was still $3-4k more than anyone else. When comparing prices of the part numbers provided, you are trying to change $2,500-$3,000 more for the remanufactured transmission than anyone else. The rep also admitted to “always rounding up” the set labor rate of $175ish to $200. On a 13 hour minimum job, that’s a decent up charge. Needless to say after having used A&T in the past for service, I will never return and will be warning others of my experience. More

Very unhappy with the service department my wife’s 2018 Chevy equinox had the paticulate filter for after 83000 miles and they have had the car for a week now and they are telling us that they can’t find a Chevy equinox had the paticulate filter for after 83000 miles and they have had the car for a week now and they are telling us that they can’t find a filter anywhere in the United States for us and they do not have a loaner car they can give us all we have been getting is the run around now mind you we have been very loyal customers with this dealership not only has our family bought 9 cars off of them we also use them for all of our service work as well.To be treated like this is unacceptable in my opinion you mean to tell me that a car dealership can’t give out a lender car to he is so infuriating why should we have to put out 700 dollars a week for a rental for who knows how long and still make payments on a car that we can’t use and then still pay the 1600 dollars for the repair I can tell you now that they have lost our business plus our family members business after all these years of loyal service to this dealership More
