So when my local Chevy dealer (AT Chevrolet) had one on their web site, I decided to make a visit. My sales person "Brian Schaeffer" was great; fully explained the vehicle, gave me a test drive, and was astute enough to see the "AT" tag on my trade-in (which I had purchased used from the dealership a few years ago). He arranged the appraisal while we discussed pricing, discounts, and financing. Needless to say, I was happy with their trade-in value and financing and ended up buying my new Trax. After the mountain of paperwork, Brian took the time to fully explain the vehicle right down to syncing my phone with the infotainment unit. All in all, a very positive experience. Unfortunately, that truck was snapped up, but my salesman, the patient and understanding Mike Florian, kept watching for new ways to put me in the right truck. I made him run so many different scenarios, search for trucks at other dealerships, juggle numbers and factory incentives until we finally found the perfect fit and I drove away in a beautiful 2017 Silverado LTZ with a 36 month lease. And I didn't have to compromise a single thing. Mike was helpful, honest (to a fault) and genuine. I never got that "salesman" vibe from him. Make sure you ask for Mike. Lesson learned I had in the past 20 years purchased 2 other cars from Jeff Levin. Only 2 because they were AWESOME! One getting over 200k mi after 15+ yrs and the ot I had in the past 20 years purchased 2 other cars from Jeff Levin. Only 2 because they were AWESOME! One getting over 200k mi after 15+ yrs and the other still going strong 13 yrs later with a bit under 200k. However, about 18mos ago i had to replace the 15+ y/o and thought it might be best to try and save a bit. We'll this tirned into a $3500 "rental" w/a $3500 loss as the car died - I SHOULD HAVE JUST GONE TO JEFF THEN!! However I am soo over-the-moon happy as he turned my bad decision into a sweet deal I am confident I will not regret but enjoy for 10+++ years!! Thank you Jeff!! More

He took the time to build a relationship with my wife and I that is an important intangible in a purchase of this magnitude. These were things missing in our other interactions with Chevy dealers. Jeff and Carey Clayman, the Sales Manager, worked to accommodate the unique aspects of our out-of-state situation. Even the gentleman that handled the financing was very pleasant to work with. Net is that this is what we hoped for and expected in a car buying experience. Jeff and A&T will be top of our list for the next vehicle purchase. More
