He showed me a Silverado that wasn't quite what I thought I was looking for, but Brian and Al presented me with too good of a deal to pass up (with zero pressure or other xxxxxxx car dealer tactics), and we shook hands and signed paperwork that afternoon. The entire time I was there I was treated with respect and class by everyone I dealt with. I can't say enough positive about the experience. My truck is actually back there now having some accessories installed, and the service department/shuttle service was great as well. We may even look into trading in our Edge for a Traverse! More

Brian Schaeffer assisted us and never once looked at his watch when it went 20 minutes past closing time. He even let my husband do a test drive and then took us to his office to discuss our options. He did not pressure us to buy anything, but he told us to go home and discuss things and he'd be happy to help us if we decided that was the car for us. We went back Monday, May 8, to purchase the car, and Brian took another 4 hours making sure all the paperwork was correct and then showing us how the technology worked in the car.
