The Best Hummer dealer! Highly Recommended! If you want to buy your dream Hummer, this is the best place to go. They are almost like a Hummer dealer. After I did some researches about Hummer dea If you want to buy your dream Hummer, this is the best place to go. They are almost like a Hummer dealer. After I did some researches about Hummer dealers on the internet, I narrowed down to this one. They have the best collection. And all the Hummers are in excellent condition. I agree that their H2s cost more than other dealers and the suggested prices from KBB and Edmunds. But I have to say they deserve it. Because they don't just buy and sell used Hummers like many other dealers. They customize all the Hummers, put on new tires and wheels. They made the Hummers much more attractive than the original ones. It's a big decision for me to spend so much money on a used truck. Originally I planned to fly from the east coast to TX to visit the dealer first. But after I gathered all the information from their website and especially after talking to Cooper, I changed my mind and was willing to take the risk. It took only 10 days from initial conversation to delivering the Hummer to my home at the east coast. Unbelievable!!! During the process, I have asked many questions and requested many things, Copper always responded patiently and quickly with all the details and pictures. I am very grateful! In short, I am truly happy about my new Hummer and my experience with them. And I highly recommend to whoever wants to buy a dream Hummer!!! More
Quality All Around These guys aren’t the cheapest, but I wanted the best. And that’s what I got. The H2 I bought from A&L Imports is like a brand new one! And they ha These guys aren’t the cheapest, but I wanted the best. And that’s what I got. The H2 I bought from A&L Imports is like a brand new one! And they had a bunch of them. I drove several hours to see them and it was Hummer Heaven! Cooper suggested that we get the pre-approval process completed before I got there. So, we did that a couple days before. And when I got there, it was easy and painless. I got the truck I wanted and headed back home. Why can’t all dealerships be like them? More
The Best! Highly Recommended! I’ve never purchased a vehicle site unseen. Well, until now. I still have a hard time believing I did it. With my work schedule, I was having a ver I’ve never purchased a vehicle site unseen. Well, until now. I still have a hard time believing I did it. With my work schedule, I was having a very difficult time getting away to fly down to Dallas to look at the Hummers A&L Imports had. They all looked just incredible in the pictures on their website. I really wanted what would be my 4th Hummer H2. I love these vehicles and if I wanted a nice one, these guys in Dallas were the ones to talk to. After talking to Cooper several times and he offering to ease my anxiety with lists of previous customers to call and a pre-purchase inspection, I closed my eyes, held my breath and just decided to go for it. I sent them $75,000 and hoped I would get my best Hummer H2 yet. What can I say? I got it and it was everything they said it would be. I couldn’t be happier. The transaction was smooth, the shipping was smooth. And I love, love, love my Hummer! Thanks guys! More
Buyer Beware Everything began on a very professional level. Cooper was helpful and and the inventory & facility is in excellent shape. I came prepared with valu Everything began on a very professional level. Cooper was helpful and and the inventory & facility is in excellent shape. I came prepared with values from various internet sites like KBB, AutoTrader, etc for both my H3 trade-in and the desired purchase H2. The H2 SUT I wanted was immaculate but listed about $10k higher than I felt it should be. Negotiations began but they only budged $450 down on the H2 SUT purchase, and low balled my H3 trade-in by $4-5k according to my research. Dealers are entitled to make money but not to misrepresent the market and gouge the consumers. Cooper disputed my research & facts, printouts, etc., but I decided to purchase the H2 SUT anyway (sucker) at the agreed upon price and just sell my H3 instead of trade it to them. My problems started here. Cooper backed out of the offer we agreed upon and told me in the interim he accepted a cash offer at "Full Asking Price", a whopping $450 more than he agreed to sell it to me for. A bit perturbed but hey, he must have been right they were worth more than the research says. My loss I figured for not snapping it up and trying to negotiate. To my surprise, two days later the vehicle was not only still advertised on the Internet for sale, but the price jumped up ANOTHER $7k. This tells me I was lied to, so I figured it's best that I found out what kind of dealership they really were & hadn't bought from them. Here's the beauty in the end. Armed with my facts (that Cooper tried to convince me were false) I ended up buying an almost identical H2 SUT about 30 days later, at the price my research said I should, and I sold my H3 on Auto Trader for $5k more than Cooper tried to trade me for it. The irony is that as of today, 60 days after trying to negotiate with them, their H2 SUT is still for sale on their website for a price increase yet again. I can't speak for how they will treat a customer post-sale, but if you don't mind being lied to and don't mind overpaying substantially, I'm sure you can pick up a nice clean vehicle from these characters.
