Service on a used vehicle I purchased a used 2008 Cadillac SRX 31k miles on it. It had issues with the rear brakes. The rear calipers were not functioning properly. The servi I purchased a used 2008 Cadillac SRX 31k miles on it. It had issues with the rear brakes. The rear calipers were not functioning properly. The service Dept replaced the rear calipers, new brake shoes, and turned both rear rotors. I had to bring the vehicle back to correct the repairs that they did. There was a brake fluid leak which turned out to be a faulty caliper that was Installed. The dealership went out of their way to take care of me. They loaned me a new vehicle to use while the necessary repairs were completed. More
