I gave 4 stars because we were told they would check the old car that Monday and would get a call about it's issues. Never got a call so we called the next day and was told, "we have your phone # and name but we do not have what's wrong with the car so we can't fix it without knowing what's wrong." We explained the reason we brought it there was so they could figure this out. It took a week before we knew what was going on. I recommend AJ Dohmann for purchasing a vehickle with 5 stars, they were wonderfully helpful and answered every question and concern we had. The 4 stars was due to the service department. More
