A fit for all. 1 stop shopping w/ excellent customer service Circumstances gave me a weekend to locate and purchase a vehicle. In researching dealerships and vehicles of my interest, and in my price range on Edm Circumstances gave me a weekend to locate and purchase a vehicle. In researching dealerships and vehicles of my interest, and in my price range on Edmunds, A Better Way continued to surface as a potential dealer to explore. Although it was a lengthy drive, because of the inventory provided I decided to start with A Better Way. The experience was new to me with the volume or people and cars, but I was paired up with Eli who took care of me from start to finish. I test drove 4 vehicles (small suv's) and after comparing the pricing to the Kelly Blue Book pricing I had researched, I knew I was getting a fair deal and decided to make a purchase. The vehicle I selected was listed below Kelly blue book, but had higher miles than I was hoping for. Because of this, I purchase the extended warranty and I am very happy with my decision. The non commission based sales model provided transparency that made me feel more comfortable with my purchase. Additionally, Eli went beyond his normal duties, of assisting me with returning a rental I had. I have been recommending A Better Way auto since. I do recommend going there with time your hands. They are very busy and at times there is some waiting, but well worth it. Since my purchase, I am finding I have to follow up with them on a commitment they gave me to send someone out to plug a small crack in my windshield. I'm hopeful the excellent customer service will continue since my purchase and that this was just an oversight. More
