Walking in the door to a very busy sales floor we were approached by a very knowledgeable and welcoming employee named Eli. He was attentive to our needs and took the time to carefully describe the vehicle to us, Once we decided on a test drive, Eli brought the vehicle to us and it was everything that was described on their website and more. My husband was very pleased with the car and decided to purchase it. We weren't sure if we qualified for financing but Eli assured us that we would be "fine". His words didn't disappoint. We were approved and walked out the same day with the vehicle that my husband had been searching for for so long. Every other salesman/woman that we came across asked if we needed anything and made sure we were being helped. They were all very friendly and attentive. We sat down with the finance person (can not remember his name) he had a smile on his face and was extremely friendly. He answered every question and explained every detail to our satisfaction! I had an amazing experience with Miriam 2nd time now My overall experience was surpurb even the first time. When in the market the second time for a car there was no question. I needed to call on Miriam My overall experience was surpurb even the first time. When in the market the second time for a car there was no question. I needed to call on Miriam to find a spectator vehicle. There were many top of the line cars to choose from. Everyone at the establishment was courteous and attentive. Miriam never disappoints!!!! I plan on sending everyone to her in the future. The car I decided on was the 2015 infinity Q40 and it is amazing. Even down to the finance guy Trooper got the job done pain free with ease. Was pushed to purchase $850 Gap coverage on a used vehicle worth more than my loan amount! Was never shown list of loan options, just had to trust that 7.9% was the lowest offer even with my 796 credit rating. Would have liked more comprimise in the customer service and transparency on costs. More
