He knows his job and made the experience wonderful and was very friendly and enthusiastic. Had a wonderful experience in the finance department working with V. Palmer. This us the most unprofessional dealership I've ever been to I called this place first to look at a vehicle. I spoke with the sales manager Eli. He told me that Sunday's were appointment only, and I Said ok I'l I called this place first to look at a vehicle. I spoke with the sales manager Eli. He said to come right down and he would get a salesperson to work with me, which I did. I get there and he had me put my name on a written list and told me no one could help me today and I should've made an appointment....I was so mad....he was very unprofessional More
I wish had the experience the rest of you had. I am sorry but I would never buy a car from here again. I was given a 60 day warranty and at 62 days I started having major trouble with this car. I got suckered into the extended warranty they offer from Continental and that was a waste of money. I pretty much just handed them $2,000.00 They find every reason in their power to NOT pay for a repair. The salesman we dealt with was a joke. He was far from helpful. That should have been my first clue. As of right now I have sunk $7,000 into repairs for this lemon. Beware! Do NOT buy a car from a wholesaler! Spent the extra money and go to a reputable dealer. After multiple calls all I get is they can do the repairs for less than my mechanic. Doubtful. Take a lesson from me. I don't like writing bad reviews, but felt I would be doing others a disservice by not letting others know of my experience. Salesman- 0 stars, Warranty company- 0 stars, dealership- your only as good as your worst guy- 0. Go some place else. This car is the BIGGEST piece of garbage. They should be embarrassed. More

Disgusting Service Don’t look, don’t think , don’t even say a better way. There’s nothing good about this place and it deserves to be shut down. I bought a Ford Taurus from them and immediately was having problems with the car and was constantly being the car for repairs. I was so upset I began to do my research and saw people post reviews here’s about their situation which was very much similar to mine! So, I then bought the Carfax myself and saw my car was involved in a accident with airbags deployed. I contacted the manager for a solution and he even acknowledged that I was there multiple times and offered me to trade the vehicle or leave the car with them and have it repaired under the warranty I purchased through them. I don’t feel safe having their mechanics touching my car so I denied the offer. I’ve brought it to numerous mechanics and they all said the car wasn’t safe in the conditions I was operating in. I then brought my car to Ford Dealership in hopes of trading my car and when they asked where I got it from, I replied with “in Naugatuck-.. they cut me off and said “A better way?” And shook their heads. They even said this place should be shut down due to the amount of complaints and bad cars they sell! Had I would’ve known my car was in an accident I wouldn’t never had purchased it! They lied and took the money. Also, if you do buy a car bring your own mechanic, and look at the fine print. Don’t buy that free oil change for months and what not. They’ll throw extra fees and hope you just sign the dot. I have to pay out of my own pocket for something they should’ve ensured was fixed prior to selling it. More
