Awful I spent a total of 8 hours there over the course of 8 weeks. They were rude, slow, and refused to apologize when we caught them lying to us: they said I spent a total of 8 hours there over the course of 8 weeks. They were rude, slow, and refused to apologize when we caught them lying to us: they said they did a vin etch (which we told them not to do earlier btw) and that we owed them 200 dollars for it, but when we checked the car it was NOT etched. I tried to get my deposit back which the dealer guaranteed I could take back, and they still have not given it back a week later. The next few weeks are going to be xxxx for me trying to get my money back from these xxxxxxxx. More

Despite the very busy environment, they took the time to work with us and made it clear that they CARED about our ”new” car. They saw to it that the minor problems we noticed were resolved. A cracked windshield was replaced and when they couldn’t find a match for some missing lug nuts, they upgraded us with nicer rims & tires! Trooper took care of the paperwork and he gave us confidence that things would be done 100% correctly. Having said all this, prospective clients should bear in mind that buying a vehicle on a wholesale basis is different from buying a CPO or a used car via a full service dealership. You get a 60 day limited warranty and after that, you’re on you own. Be sure to take the time to carefully inspect every aspect of the vehicle possible before you commit to purchasing. More
