Nice before the deal went through They have a large selection of vehicles, but you really have to go on-line and check if they have the vehicle in stock because they only have a limite They have a large selection of vehicles, but you really have to go on-line and check if they have the vehicle in stock because they only have a limited amount to look at in their lot. If they have the vehicle in stock, then you generally have to have them go to a separate lot that the public is not allowed in for them to bring the vehicle to you. Many vehicles listed on-line have already been sold. They were nice to us until they got the payment in full (which was over $14,000 cash)....and then they didn't want to help us. They gave us only 1 key and it's not the original key so the only way we can get another one to work in the door & ignition would be from a dealer and you're talking around $200 because the key has a chip & has to be programmed to the vehicle. Also, the vehicle we purchased had a couple of mouse nests in it and they said they're remove them, which they did. Only problem was that they removed only 2 and there were more that we had to remove and get a new cabin air flow filter because it was filled with mouse feces and urine. The car smelled horrible. They didn't want to be of any assistance to us, even though the salesman stated it would be cleaned up. I called him to discuss this and he said he would check with his manager and never returned my call. Also, the tire air pressure light was on and they told us they'd take care of it before we left. They filled one tire with air and reset the sensor. The next day the air pressure light came on so we took it to a tire place and the spare tire was down 20 lbs. So...they never checked all the tires....only said they did. We bought the vehicle "As Is", but were promised things would be done and they weren't done....so you can't trust them to keep their word, especially Emmanuel Nanadoum. More
