Broke down on highway with my kids after they refused to fix Please do not be fooled by the fake positive reviews! This place is a scan and a nightmare to deal with. I bought a car from here and when I took it home the check engine light came on not even 45 minutes after leaving there. Three times in the shop, one time it was "lost and could not be found" for two weeks, multiple calls to GM TJ that he NEVER returned. The check engine light has come back on within an hour after every "repair". It completely broke down IN THE MIDDLE OF THE HIGHWAY WITH MY TWO SMALL CHILDREN. I immediately call and TJ the GM is "busy with a customer and will call me back". He went home and never called. The car was absolutely FILTHY when I bought it. None of my complaints have been addressed and now I'm seeing legal counsel. Do not but from here it's an absolute scam with the WORST SERVICE OF ANY COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH More

Ripped me off I wanted to purchase a car from here, Gave them $1000 deposit. I NEVER got the car! Everyday they would tell me it'll be ready TOMORROW. I waited 2 I wanted to purchase a car from here, Gave them $1000 deposit. I NEVER got the car! Everyday they would tell me it'll be ready TOMORROW. I waited 2 weeks until I finally called and said "give me my deposit back, I need a car now". They refused to refund my deposit. Now they have MY money and the car. When I bought the 2015 FORD EXPLORER LIMITED, the dealer looks cheap but was a lot of people so I did it. Two weeks after I had to bring the car for noises and break issues, they said they fixed it then pass sometime we brought the car again for the same noises, again they said they fixed, time pass until the noise was really loud but my couple month of warranty was over so they dish me in very nasty way, it seems that they knew about the time and play games with me not fixing anything until the warranty was over. I brought the car to FIRESTONE they told that it was uncommon that a car with such of LOW miles the wheel bearing was in such of poor condition totally damage and that this could not happen from one moment to another, it takes time to get to that point. With this if you bought the car in this place go to a mechanic that you trust and have it inspect it bumper to bumper, this dealer doesn't care about you they are selling you a car in the same condition they got it in a auction and they will make you waist your time until is over. I learned the hard way. They just not look cheap and UNPROFESSIONAL " THEY ARE", there dealer is dirty, with sales people that you will never find in a reputable dealer. I will NEVER do this again for trying to save some money I end up paying a lot more money and headaches. I'm trying to sue them because isn't right what this people are doing. More

They do not answer the emails. They sell you a car with mechanical problems.When you go to the service shop, they tell you that there are things related to oil leaks that are not covered by the warranty and I had to pay for it. When the problem in itself is that a car finished to take off from the dealer has oil leakage, which should not happen in any case, and if it happened they should be responsible. Another thing is to include in the price almost $ 2500 for purchase of a guarantee that you were not mentioned at any time. At the time of signing the contract they try to ignore this detail. They lie to you by omission. This dealership reminded me a a state office of a third world socialist country. Amazing. More
