RUUUUUNNNNNN!!!! Bought a car in November 2019. when we asked for a car fax on the car, they pulled up a bogus one! the car fax stated it was a US car but in fact the car was a Canadian car!!!! Picked it up on Thanksgiving day, on the way home, I break down on the side of the highway for over an hour!!(with my two small kids). TJ(manager) told me he would call me in the morning!!! I never got a call. I had to go down to the dealership to get a hold of him! I got my car back in a week. The day after I picked up the car, the check engine light was one. I brought the car back to get fixed. 3 WEEKS LATER, I got my car back still with all the same problems and the light came on that evening AGAIN! fast forward to current, last month I put over $4500 into it because they never fixed it. The car went back into the shop this past week and guess what?? the rear sub frame was so rotted out!!! it was unsafe to drive to the point that the dodge dealer wouldn't let me leave with it!! IMAGINE THAT!!!!! I ended up traded the car in for a brand new car at a EXCELLENT dealership! BETTER WAY AUTO KNOWINGLY SOLD ME A UNSAFE CAR TO PUT MY CHILDREN IN!!! DONT LET THESE PEOPLE KEEP GETTING AWAY WITH THIS!!!! More

Very poor service took my vehicle in for service been having same issue since the day of purchase in December. To this date no repair for problem several misdiagnoses. TERRIBLE. They sell you cars with issues and continue to take your money doing sub par service jobs. I’ve had my car a year and been back at service 7 times, each time something else wrong. Zero stars but had to choose. If you value your money and your life I’d take my business to a more reputable dealer that actually has managers that will return calls. They sold us a vehicle that was unsafe, knowing my daughter totaled her car and thus the reason we were searching for another vehicle. They don’t respond quickly or at all unless you are ready to buy. However, after you give them your hard earned money, they send you on your way and don’t want you to come back unless it’s to buy another car. If there is a problem, TJ the so called manager won’t call you back. Read all the MANY MANY bad reviews before you take your chances buying from these scammers. They go to the auction with unqualified mechanics, pick what looks good and if anything’s wrong they will get it by you unless your a qualified mechanic and know what to look for when buying a used auction car. STAY AWAY YOU’LL be so glad you did! More

Run - run - run! All right are signed away when you sign the contract. Under no circumstances will they refund deposits. No one will return calls if a problem arises. Would give zero stars if possible, shady business tactics that prey on people that don't have good credit or people that don't realize that they do.
