So it was probably more like $7000, bc the warranty covered one of the repairs. They buy salvage titles and sell them without doing any repairs. Theyre just looking to take your money and forget about you.Also very unprofessional atmosphere there, does anyone that works there ever hear of a collared shirt. More

Although Sam was our fantastic sales associate, I needed to talk to someone about the title not being sent still after buying the car 3 weeks prior. The woman I spoke with in the title department, after ask to talk to someone about the title not being sent still after buying the car 3 weeks prior. The woman I spoke with in the title department, after asking her very simple questions, started raising her voice to me, and talking to me like a complete idiot. So as a natural response, told her I was not in fact an idiot and just wanted to know why the title had not been sent to the state yet or to my financial Institute. She then proceeded to tell me “you need help” to which I didn’t say anything due to the utter shock or disrespect and disregard for my frustration that her department refused to send the title, and before hanging up on me said “I hope you have a better day!” She clearly hates her job, or people in general, and it shows. Maybe she should go work where she has zero interaction with the public. I hope she finds the help she needs to have her issues felt with. More

This place is so shady I recommend you stay away. Unless of course you want to die in the you purchased. They say they did the safety inspection but my rotors and brakes were so bad. Please don’t buy any car from them. On March 14,2024 I bought a 2015 Jeep Patriot with approximately 75000 miles for $10000. In less than six months I need a new engine. When I spoke to a sales representative he refused to work with me in compensation for something that they must have known about when they sold it to me. CarFax showed car is blue not white (advertised) and I requested he confirm color in person. 24 + hours have passed, no reply. No reply even to say he is looking into it. This morning I called at 9:32am and got Antonio but he told me he couldn't check/confirm. Then I called again and got Emanual and he couldn't confirm. Buying two cars FOR MY TWIN 16 YR OLDS BIRTHDAY and I 100% would not suggest to do business here. Alex actually said if I wanted the car I should come in person. Worst sales crew ever! More
