In my continuing saga with these god awful Unscrupulous dealers, I have news. Liar Rixek is back. She and Bashir and their shared love of screwing over their customers makes them a match made in xxxx. dealers, I have news. Liar Rixek is back. She and Bashir and their shared love of screwing over their customers makes them a match made in xxxx. They are liars, cheaters, thieves and absolutely without any conscience whatsoever. They don’t care how, who, or how egregious their practices need to be, there is no limit to that about which will they will lie to screw over customers. I have definitive proof in my case and a I’ve heard from others who have the same. PLEASE, PLEASE , PLEASE save your money time and sanity and don’t deal with these people. It’s the best advice i can give anyone in the state. My saga started in 2/24 and since the owner, Bashir Aslami, being the complete coward and liar he is, refuses to speak with customers. Don’t buy from anyone who won’t happily talk to his customer!! GIGANTIC RED FLAG…….HUGE!! My deal started when Bashir purposely misrepresented a vehicle to be a in certain condition when he himself had bought the vehicle, AND had AN AUTO CHECK REPORT he chose NOT to provide me that showed the extremely bad frame condition not stated in the carfax he gave me. I had proof of his FRAUD and he only was going to let me trade it back i. , which i didn’t have to do with him, but i would have lost money. If he screwed me on one car, why would I even consider buying another from him? I wouldn’t buy a wheel barrow from him! “After submitting all of my proof to the finance company that they like me, they were lied to about the condition of the vehicle, and upon realizing that Bashi and Liar didn’t want to have to finance the car for me, they FINALLY AGREED TO UN WE IND THE DEAL. This means that the note would be paid and my down payment returned. Liar and I had discussed this outcome several times before coming to pick up my car. Liar likes lying so she doesn’t like to show or provide actual forms or documents in writing . She just likes to call and tell you what they decided and good luck getttkng a copy. I still don’t have my original sales docs from February. Part of their scam is they give you very little paperwork, so they can lie more easily later, or like in my case, they can claim things were a certain way when i know 1000% were another. To catch you up, when Liar lied to the MVDB today and said that they hadn’t agreed to give me my down payment back.I lost it! I mean of all the options I had, why would I, after a perfect payment history would I allow them just to keep the car and the money I had in it? Liar Rixey is one of the least intelligent creatures on earth and still dwells within the primordial ooze. If I’m not going to do another deal with them why would i give them over 10k in equity and let them do as they wish with my car? So now they’ve stolen my car!!!! I know she’s not at all bright or for that matter could find her way out of a paper bag, but Liar has to know that documents of my interest in the car can be suboroenaed and that I’m Not going to do any deal with Liar based on her word. I kinda hope she perjures herself and I know she’s dumb enough to. I would love to post a picture of her b my follow up post in jail! Liar Rizek’s godawful, sleazy, smelly lying cheating gronssness deserves that for sure! They were offered the easy way to just undo this deal by me multiple times. Let’s just do it the easy way and we go our separate ways, but now on top of everything else to have STOLEN MY CAR!! That should scare any buyer away. I’m mean run!!!!!!! I’m coming for them and cannot wait!!! More
STAY AWAY FROM 95 MOTORS I was scammed out of several thousand dollars in sales tax and registration fees. Here is my experience. In late May 2024, I drove from out-of-state to purchase a vehicle f thousand dollars in sales tax and registration fees. Here is my experience. In late May 2024, I drove from out-of-state to purchase a vehicle from 95 Motors. Despite assurances from Lori R. the evening before that "the car is perfect," I discovered an obviously major issue (cracked windshield) upon arrival. They promised to fix the windshield and ship the car to me in about a week. Since Lori R. wasn't in the office (at 11 AM), Jenn L. communicated with her over text. I asked for the "all-in" cash price, and they quoted the listed sale price of the car plus a $999 dealer fee and an additional ~7% on top. This seemed reasonable to me as my state has a 6% sales tax and registration transfer fees. They also VERBALLY assured me this "all-in" price included sales tax and registration transfer fees. I left after putting down a $1000 deposit via Zelle to "MEHDI." Later, Lori R. called with the bill of sale and other paperwork. I asked again if the price included sales tax and registration fees, and Lori R. confirmed, "Yes sir!" Trusting her (stupidly!), I signed the paperwork which did not break out the sales tax and paid the money via wire transfer. Eventually, rather than receiving the transferred registration, I received the title in the mail: meaning I was forced to pay the sales tax & registration fees AGAIN to my local DMV. 95 Motors and more specifically Lori R. scammed me out of the sales tax and registration fees that they clearly promised to pay on my behalf. I've reached out 100 times via email (Lori at 95motors dot com, I know it works because this is how we exchanged the paperwork) and phone, but Lori R. has never responded. Every time I call, after being on hold for a long time, they lie and say she's not in or is busy. It deeply saddens me that they would so brazenly scam a hard working person. If you've had a similar experience, email me at "95MotorsScammedMe" at Gmail. Let's consider legal action together - I have several lawyer friends. Send me your story! It looks like this is an ongoing grift. Notice how the now-defunct "Gorilla Motors" (still viewable on street view lol) has the same owners, Bashir A. and Mehdi A., and the same phone number as 95 Motors. Once their business racks up enough negative reviews (or is sued), drowning out all their fake 5 stars, they simply shut down and create a new company. You can see the history of this address if you Google "Virginia SCC Business Search." Credit where it's due: Jenn L. did extend my temporary VA tag when she accidentally mailed the title to the wrong address. Tyler S. was a fine salesman. TL;DR: Lori R. and 95 Motors scammed me out of thousands by collecting sales tax and registration fees they never paid to the state. Despite promises from the owners, Bashir A. and Medhi A., they also did nothing to resolve the issue. I read the bad reviews before I came but I didn't really believe the negative ones. I sure do now - these crooks will lie straight to your face. Beware! More

Protect yourself and avoid being a victim of fraud. Do not engage with this seller. 95 Motors has failed to provide the sales tax paperwork for over a month, despite multiple follow-ups. Lori Rizek assured me I'd receive it later, but nothing has arrived. Jennifer Luangraj, supposedly responsible, has not responded to emails. This is either gross incompetence or deception. Extremely disappointed in their customer service. They took $10,000 deposit and financed a car for an additional 23,000 with monthly payments of $545. I would be paying 42,000 at the end of 5 years. The car cost $16, 500. Ran over 3 credit checks and additional 23,000 with monthly payments of $545. I would be paying 42,000 at the end of 5 years. The car cost $16, 500. Ran over 3 credit checks and dropped my credit with over 60 points. I refused the offer and reported them to all the places I could. They took back their car and refused to give me back my initial deposit. They are a scam, dishonest bunch of people who are taking advantage of honest people who want to live peacefully in the land. I regret clicking on the link that led me to them. May the Almighty God punish them all and avenge for all the people they have hurt financially and emotionally. Check their website and see the awful reviews. You guys need to further protect people from them. Thanks for this opportunity to rant. More
Beyond terrible to the point where this place needs to be investigated. They would not give me my signed paperwork after the deal, stating that they will email it to me but never following up. Reading other investigated. They would not give me my signed paperwork after the deal, stating that they will email it to me but never following up. Reading other reviews, I am far from the only one with this issue. Which certainly sounds unlawful and I will be pursuing further action to get the signed papers. I kept calling and emailing them and they would give me complete nonsense like "oh I'm not in the office right now, but I'll try to when I get back" and never do. And I know they have my correct email address because I have received emails from them regarding other issues. Speaking of other issues, they said they would order me a door sensor and had me sign a form stating that they had to fix it. They said they would have the part by a certain date. After this date I called and asked if they had it, which they claimed they had no idea about and they said they would call me back. They never called back. I tried again a few days later. Exact same thing. I asked them to send me the Carfax, and they said sure, we can do that. They never sent me it. They told me I needed to get an "emissions inspection" for my tags which was completely incorrect, as what I actually needed was a state safety inspection and the state would send me a test notice for the emissions inspection after I got my vehicle registered. How a car dealership is incompetent enough to make this basic mistake is absolutely mind-blowing. Also, this is not a big deal but further shows the level of incompetence at this place- when I first arrived to do the test drive that I had set up, they brought out the wrong vehicle. More
I bought an SUV online from this dealer from out of state. I was assured that the Carfax had all the current and relevant records about the car and contained the complete history. Based on this infor state. I was assured that the Carfax had all the current and relevant records about the car and contained the complete history. Based on this information and reassurances from the salesperson, I purchased the car. Once it arrived, I took it to my mechanic for his once over. He told me to return the car to the dealer immediately based on severe rusting of the undercarriage. There had been no indication provided to me about this, and I had even asked my salesperson about any relevant info that may not be included in the CarFax as well as any issues including rust. After learning about the damage, I found another report called Auto Check and ordered a copy of this online. This report showed severe frame damage was discovered and disclosed at auction when 95 Motors purchased the vehicle. This information was NOT contained in the CarFax, which was provided to me as proof of condition of the car. Despite asking my salesperson and confirming with her that there was no damage or concerns not provided to me, I was assured that the CarFax contained everything. I reached out to Lori Rizek, the "GM" or "finance manager" depending on her preference that day, and asked to discuss options, and have been told she "legally" cannot speak to me because of the better business bureau. Bashir Aslam, the owner, will not speak with "ANY CUSTOMERS" for "ANY REASON". I have tried state bureaus in attempts to get some assistance in getting them to work with me on this to no avail. Apparently Bashur doesn't speak to those contacting him from the state either. Given this car had a state inspection sticker and my suspicion that it shouldn't have passed inspection, and therefore couldn't be sold in VA, I drove from GA to let the VA state trooper inspect the vehicle. As expected, this vehicle failed inspection. As I was departing the area, I went by 95 motors to inform them that the vehicle failed inspection and to see if we could discuss a resolution. This time, Lori told me that "legally", because of the VA Motor Vehicle Board,, she cannot speak to me, which is another of the multiple lies Lori has told me throughout this transaction. I tried to explain to her that there's no legal authority preventing us from speaking and I'm the one who contacted the VA MV board. As is her norm with me,, Lori was rude, dismissive, and defensive. Despite me being calm and the fact that I was turning to return to my car, she told me that she was calling the police to put a no trespass order on me! This is how Lori Rizek and the Aslams handle legitimate safety concerns brought forth from their customers? This is how these adults resolve conflict? Beware of doing business with 95 Motors, especially if you find a problem later. More
