Customer service is very poor, sent several emails got only a reply and wanted to text. I texted, no answer and sent another bunch of emails still no response. They have a car is listed for 39k on cars. com and you call they say its 45k because that doesnt include a down payment. (THIS IS NOT LISTED AT ALL IN THE DESCRIPTION). You can tell other customers are keen to this because their cars have been listed for 6 months and they keep raising and lowering prices and they "dont negotiate". Do not waste your time calling because the price you see may be a good deal but you call and then find out its over market value once you add that and reconditioning. More
