The service was less than exceptional. I had a 9am appointment. Upon arriving someone comes to my car tells me they are a bit behind and it would be about an hour to hour twenty wait even I had a 9am appointment. I agreed and went to go wait in the waiting area. An hour and a half goes by and I start to get nervous it’s now 10:30 and I have an 11:15 appointment somewhere else, I mean why not my appointment time was at 9 I go to class at 1. Saturdays are the only day I have half a day to get things done. I go talk to the guy at the service area, he tells me they are short staffed and it will be another hour or two. NOT how I planned my very short window to get things done on a Saturday. I told him if I had known I was going to wait 3 plus hours I would have just turned around. I asked to speak to the supervisor because he told me the manager left for the day. Now speaking to the supervisor he told me if I ask the lady’s at the checkout they would not know if they were behind and I shouldn't have them (NOT how he should have handled this situation if you ask me) I informed him that I didn’t ask them I was told by the lady who came to my car and told me to leave my keys in the car and wait inside. He then had an upset look on his face but then told me my car would be next. By the time I left I had to already cancel my 11:15 appointment. I then find out my car is ready because they gave my keys to my sister who was walking by NOT ME. Which again is not professional because what if this was not my sister they could have gave my keys to any random person, but I let it go whatever at this point I’m upset and just want to leave. Find my car and I see there is no service sticker. I then go BACK INSIDE and ask what’s going on was the service actually done or did I just wait 2 hours for nothing. The guy tells me they ran out of stickers and I should just track 5,000 miles from where I’m at, mind you NOT A SINGLE SOUL came to tell me this personally they just let me take my car and said figure it out. I originally came back because I had a great experience the first time but this time was the worst experience I have ever had getting my car serviced anywhere!! Had an email from the manager Chris. Told him about my experience never got a response. Honestly that's what I expected based on my previous experience. More
