Sir i called you yesterday left 2 messages Also they said they cnt do oil change when i was there. I use to be a manager at jiffy lube. People strip oil plugs all time.Just own up to it. I have all my receipts. So can someone please fix my car.

Hello! We're so sorry you had a. long waiting time. I don't have your full name so I don't know the context of the situation. Our service advisors are usually pretty good about estimating the time it will take to complete services but waits do happen for one reason or another, however, I can understand how frustrating this can be. As far as offering food and drink, we do have vending machines with a variety of cold drinks and snacks as well as free coffee and tea. Our cashiers also make popcorn and water for our guests thru out the day that is available at the cashier. We used to have a fridge of water and fresh pastries out for customers to grab but we had to stop doing it when COVID happened for the safety of everyone. Now we just hand them out in pre-wrapped portions to cut down on passing around seasonal flu and COVID. I hope this makes you feel a little better and you can give us another chance.
