Quick & Efficient I brought my Murano there for an unknown electrical issue late on a Friday. Torrey listened to my concerns about my vehicle, called enterprise immedia I brought my Murano there for an unknown electrical issue late on a Friday. Torrey listened to my concerns about my vehicle, called enterprise immediately, and assured me that my vehicle would be looked at first thing the next morning. On Saturday I received multiple updates about the issue and Torrey also gave me options for the repairs(including all pricing). I felt included in the repair process and felt like I was being informed during every step. Sensing my concern for the length of time the repairs would take, Torrey assured me that they would work as quickly as possible to get them done. The repairs were successfully completed that Saturday. The entire process was quick and efficient. My concerns were heard and addressed. The customer service was amazing!...and they washed my vehicle 😁 More
