I waited over an hour for the mechanic to come in to service I was disappointed that I had to wait for the mechanic to arrive. So I arrived at 11:30 a.m.. I didn't not leave until 3:00 p.m. Which I thought was a I was disappointed that I had to wait for the mechanic to arrive. So I arrived at 11:30 a.m.. I didn't not leave until 3:00 p.m. Which I thought was an extensive amount of time to wait for a minor tune up 6 spark plugs and reprogramming of my computer.Not to mention the outlandish cost for the service. I witness on numerous occasion were my hood was up and no one was working on my vehicle. More

Horrible I came in for a oil change and was told I needed brakes both front and back. When asked the price I was shown a price on the calculator. Whenever I I came in for a oil change and was told I needed brakes both front and back. When asked the price I was shown a price on the calculator. Whenever I go to Infiniti or Berman Nissan I’m always shown the break down of the price and what I’m paying for. The service agent showed me another price on the calculator. Then when o got the bill it was a different price and I was charged almost $250 to put some $77 brake pads on! Ridiculous I will never go here again I will take the drive to Infiniti before I go back to them. More

Nissan to the rescue! My brake lights remained on even when the car was turned off. My fear was draining the battery since my husband had just installed a new one. I drove My brake lights remained on even when the car was turned off. My fear was draining the battery since my husband had just installed a new one. I drove to South Holland Nissan auto parts service where I met Steve. Steve took extra care of me since it was closing time for him. He went above and beyond to make sure that I felt my car was in good hands. Nissan kept my car overnight so it could serviced first thing next morning. I received a phone a call as promised from Steve stating that my car was ready for pick up and repairs were completed. I was so happy and fortunate that I chose South Holland Nissan!! More
