This is our second purchase of a Toyota with Desmond as our saleperson. Desmond remembered our names, which to us was very special! We took a couple of cars out for a test drive and Desmond was there when we got back and helped us decide which car was the best for our needs. The price was right in the range we were hpoing for and the quality of the car was exactly what we expected. I just had an accident with my Corolla. A commercial truck ran into the back of my car going about 40 miles an hour and my injuries were minnimal. Thanks to the great construction of my Toyota. I think with any other car I would have been really injured! One of the things that we appreciate about Courtesy Toyota and Desmond is that they do not pressure us to buy the most expencive car on the lot,(as many other dealerships do.) We are very happy with the service department. Thanks Phil! We can always depend on the time frame they give us and that the service is done right. I have reconsidered my experience at Courtesy Toyota. The management team had me sign papers on a '10 Tundra drive it off the lot and have it for two days and then call me and tell me that I have to come in management team had me sign papers on a '10 Tundra drive it off the lot and have it for two days and then call me and tell me that I have to come in and sign some other paperwork. Then they tell me I don't qualify for the early lease turn in for the 6 months forgiveness, because I had 7 months to go on my lease. The whole atmosphere up there changed dramaically to the point of the management team being borderline rude. Not one of them looked me in the eye or smiled. Further more I have never had to sit with a Salesman and sign paperwork, it has always been the finance manager that explains what you are signing and making sure that you understand what you are putting your signature on. I think this is VERY POOR business practice for the manangement team to have you sign papers on a vehicle and then turn around and tell you that it has to be taken back due to their own lack of making sure that every stone has been turned in order to make sure that the deal is in no doubt going to go through. So I wound NOT reccomend this dealer until they get their maanagement team overhauled!!!!! More
