BUYERS BEWARE. ..DO NOT TRUST PICTURES OR THEIR WORD. The pictures were beautiful and the SUV was represented very well. Almost too good to be true. Well let me tell ..DO NOT TRUST PICTURES OR THEIR WORD. The pictures were beautiful and the SUV was represented very well. Almost too good to be true. Well let me tell you, IT WAS. It's like filters on Facebook that make something appear different than it really is. I had multiple conversations with Moe and his brother Gus. When I asked for a virtual walk around of the SUV Gus asked me if I had seen pictures and I said yes of course I saw the pictures online they would look wonderful. He said he was walking around the car right now there is nothing that he could see that was bad he said maybe a blemish by the tow hitch but just normal blemishes on a 12 year old vehicle. I was satisfied with this because the pictures online were absolutely Immaculate and I was so excited that I found a replacement vehicle for my small business. Plus, why would he lie? Well. Apparently this is their added "service" at their dealership. BOLD FACE LIES. I had my car delivered by a transport company. There was a tremendous delay (nearly four days) for them to post to get my delivery set up. They had my money and drug their feet. Since I had never purchased a car like this before I asked if the extra keys, title and drive out tag would be with the vehicle. Moe responded to my email and said of course the drive out tag will be in the vehicle and the title will be in about 4 weeks...y'all I'm not going to hold my breath because I would be willing to bet money that I won't ever see the title. I don't trust anything that comes out of their mouth. My SUV was delivered on Friday, February 24th. The vehicle came with one set of keys, it was supposed to have three, no drive out tag, no bill of sale, no warranty information and **BODY DAMAGE** to the vehicle that was not disclosed at the time of purchase through conversations or pictures. And before anybody screams that it happened during transport the gentleman that delivered my SUV was kind enough to send me pictures that he takes before and after delivery. I can assure you these were on the SUV when I purchased it but this again was not disclosed to me by anybody at 777 Auto Sales. There is damage to the back quarter panel on the passenger side that will have to be repaired, there is also damage to the driver side passenger door. My fog light on my driver side is also damaged and will have to be completely replaced since it is rusted. When I purchased this SUV I was not expecting a perfect SUV, but I was expecting what was pictured. What was pictured was not what I got. This SUV that I purchased from them that has over $1,600 worth of damage to the body that will either have to be lived with or repaired. The gas tank was not filled up, the car was not clean inside or out, yet I paid a $895 prep fee. Do yourself and your family a favor, buy from a dealer that will be honest with you about everything. And if you are thinking about buying from out of state like me, just DON'T unless you do the virtual walk around and test drive. It makes me absolutely sick to have an SUV that looks like it has been wrecked. I just went through having my Jeep Cherokee totaled after a t-bone hit and run, only to have my "new to me SUV" need to go directly to the body shop. I gave 777 Auto Sales all day Friday 2/24, Saturday 2/25, Sunday 2/26 until the close of business Monday 2/27 to do the right thing. They have ignored my emails with my concerns and pictures. Gus replied to my text message and told me my fog light was a $10 fix for a clear cover from Auto Zone, well Gus it's not. New fog lights that are not broken glass or rusted are about $50-75 for the set, without labor. I don't know how 777 Auto Sales owners sleep at night. LYING is not how I do business. I just hope my story helps someone else not make the wrong decision. Don't buy here!!!!!!! Reviews are accurate!!!!!!!! Trust people's experiences for what they are worth. I have pictures and all documentation. To date I have not received my title or keys. More
