I was contacted Monday morning by a sales associate from this dealership and asked for pictures and a carfax ..... I spoke with them every day and they said they couldn't find the car and repeatedly said th this dealership and asked for pictures and a carfax ..... I spoke with them every day and they said they couldn't find the car and repeatedly said they would send pictures, On Saturday I received a notice that the car had been sold......It was lost for 5 days and then shows up sold! You can understand why they have over 1/3 of their ratings at 1 star..... honesty isn't one their strong points! More

I responded to a dealership advertisement that said to bring 500 dollars. I arrived with that amount and submitted a credit application in good faith. After accepting my application, the dealer raised the bring 500 dollars. I arrived with that amount and submitted a credit application in good faith. After accepting my application, the dealer raised the amount to 3000 dollars, claiming it was because my ID was from Missouri. This was unrelated to credit and never disclosed upfront. They tried to add taxes and fees that should have been included in financing. I provided my own insurance as required under Florida law, but they still withheld documents. I asked for a TILA-compliant consumer credit contract as required by law and was refused. They pushed a retail installment contract instead. I later learned they do not finance in-house and sell contracts to third parties without disclosure. I asked for my original paper application and security documents, which include my Social Security number and private data. They refused to return or destroy them. This is identity theft and unlawful withholding of private financial information. I am reporting bait-and-switch practices, TILA violations, identity theft, and unauthorized resale of my credit application. I request a full investigation. I want to be made whole. I want the dealership held accountable for deceptive practices, identity theft, and contract fraud. I am seeking the vehicle I came to purchase — a 2019 Chevrolet Suburban C, black, VIN 1GNFCHKCHK R127297 — delivered under the original terms based on the advertisement I relied on. I also reserve the right to pursue legal action for damages and fraud. The FTC should enforce compliance, penalize deceptive conduct, and ensure this business cannot continue misusing consumer information or misrepresenting financing terms. More
I normally do not do this, but it just happens to have found my new car by accident. I was actually at a dealership next to 747 team, and had the worst experience with a stressful enough purchase of a ve found my new car by accident. I was actually at a dealership next to 747 team, and had the worst experience with a stressful enough purchase of a vehicle. The dealership dirty, staff not very friendly, the manager did come out and apologized but left very unhappy. I picked up my phone, and started looking for another similar car, and 747 Motors popped up, and within walking distance, so I headed over and run into Marlyse, which was more of a friendly smile, rather than your typical pushy Car Salesman. The overall experience was just amazing, nice and relaxed, even Medwin the man with the paperwork spent his time going over not just the car I purchased, but other options, great team. At the end the owner of the Dealership, Roman, was there, and I had to stop by and thank him, and congratulate from such a beautiful showroom; as an Architect we appreciate design and details and was just a phenomenal experience. I which you all the best, my family loves the car, and we hope to see you guys soon for our next purchase, Diego and Family More
